COMMISSION PROCESS1) Commissioner will read the T.O.S. and submit a commission request through a provided Form(first come first serve). Please provide multiple references, better if visual, of pose, character, clothing etc.
2) If the commission is accepted I will contact the commissioner and send the invoice for payment. The payment must be delivered in advance (I’ll start the commission upon receiving payment) within 72h of me accepting the commission. If not, priority of your commission may be lost. Upon request from client partial payment can be provided: half upfront, and half after flat color phase.
3)During each phase of work (Sketching, lineart, coloring) I will send a WIP, I will ask for confirmation to continue working. Major changes (i.e. poses, outfit/background change...) may be done during the sketching phase only, with a max of 4 free edits. Minor edits will not be charged.
4)The completed work will be sent via E-mail.PAYMENT METHODSAll commission will be processed on Vgen unless complications arise.
In case the use of Vgen is not possible Stripe is the preferred method of payment above €50, however, if stripe is not available in your country payment through Paypal might be accepted.
All payments, are to be made in EUR.REFUND POLICIESPlease contact me before filing dysputes/chargebacksRefund are possible only before, and not later than, the flat color phase.
If the sketch has already been delivered the client will receive 50% of the money back.
After the sketching phase 25% of the full price will be refunded.
If I, the artist, am unable to continue the commission, the client will get the entirety of the sum back.If the commission isn’t finished within 1 year of payment the commissioner may request a full refund.ABOUT COMMISSIONPSD and Layers are not included in the price unless it’s a commercial commission.
For Live2D Rig commissions, cmo3 files will not be provided to protect the integrity of the rig, unless there was a prior agreement. Exceptionally if there are circumstances that require the cmo3 file, these shall be discussed.
Average waiting time ranges from 5 days to 2 months. (Waiting time may vary based on complexity of commission and personal obligations). If you require completion of the commission earlier than the specified timeframe, I must be informed in advance and a fee for priority may be applied (€50).
I reserve the right to decline the commission.
Commissions are only digital (no prints).
I will draw in my own artstyle.
If the commissioner does not reach out for a long period of time (over 2 month) the commission will be dropped.
Commission might be streamed, unless the commissioner especially specifies not to.
Be aware that prices of commission and terms may change as I improve my art and time of completion.COMMERCIAL USAGEAll the commissions I provide are personal commissions, unless otherwise specified (e.g. Vtuber/PNGtuber models, emotes etc.)
I you intend to use the commissions to gain any sort of income, be it through branding advertisement, or selling of goods, please specify when commissioning and pricing will be decided as following:
-for advertisement purposes: x2 of the original price
